The ideal candidatemust have delivered production-grade GenAI applications and be able to translate requirementsinto robust, scalable solutions without dependency on pre-built workflows or academicprototypes.Key Responsibilities● Fine-tune and train open-source LLMs (e.g., LLaMA or similar) for downstream applications.● Build and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using LangGraph for production use cases.● Implement and optimize RAG pipelines, including embedding stores and retrievers.● Deploy and manage models via Hugging Face with robust inference capabilities.● Develop modular backend components and APIs using Python.● Ensure reproducibility, efficiency, and scalability in all LLM training and deployment tasks.● Independently build and deliver project components from the ground up.Must-Have Skills● 4–6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering roles.● Strong experience with LangGraph in real-world, multi-agent applications.● Production-level experience in LLM fine-tuning and deployment (not POCs or academicwork).● Deep understanding of RAG pipeline design and implementation.● Proficiency in Python for data pipelines and model orchestration.● Familiarity with open-source LLMs like LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon, etc.● Deployment experience with the Hugging Face ecosystem.Nice-to-Have● Experience with vector DBs (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate).● Familiarity with streaming/async API infrastructure.● Exposure to AI use cases in healthcare or research domains.Additional Notes● This is a pure individual contributor role — no team handling or delegation required.● The role requires building systems from scratch, with full ownership of architecture,execution, and optimization.● Candidates with only academic, demo, or POC experience will not be considered.
