About the RoleWe’re looking for a driven, people-first Creator Success Manager who will be the face of a high-impact creator program. You’ll manage 50–70 creators every month of one of theone of the largest e-commerce platforms — building strong relationships, setting weekly targets, and most importantly, driving sales, performance through direct communication, accountability, and creator motivation.This is not a passive coordination role — we want someone who can hold ground, influence creators, and get results.
