We are a consulting firm specialized in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions to enterprise clients. We are currently seeking an Oracle Function Developer to join our team for a high-impact project. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying serverless functions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), with seamless integration into Oracle APEX and external systems.This is a key role in the development of cloud-native, event-driven applications that require high scalability, security, and performance within Oracle's serverless ecosystem.Core ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy Oracle Functions to meet specific business and technical requirements.Implement RESTful APIs to enable Oracle Functions to interact with external systems and applications.Integrate Oracle Functions with Oracle APEX to support complex backend processing.Design event-driven architectures that respond to triggers from APEX, APIs, or OCI events.Develop secure and compliant solutions, following cloud security best practices.Define and implement cloud architecture patterns for scalable and maintainable serverless applications.Perform testing and debugging to ensure optimal function behavior and integration reliability.Required Skills and QualificationsProven experience with cloud-native development, particularly using Oracle Functions.Strong programming skills in Java or Python for serverless function development.Expertise in REST API development and system integration.Experience integrating Oracle Functions with Oracle APEX applications.Solid understanding of event-driven architecture and cloud-based triggers.Deep knowledge of Oracle database integration and real-time data processing.Familiarity with OCI architecture and best practices for serverless deployment.Knowledge of cloud security, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption.Nice to HaveOracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Developer).Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or automated testing for Oracle Functions.Familiarity with hybrid cloud or multi-cloud integration patterns.Why Join UsYou will work in a dynamic consultancy environment, partnering with industry-leading clients and contributing to modern, scalable cloud applications.
