Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate ourGeospatial/ UAV projectsend-to-end, with a strong emphasis on client engagement and vendor management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational capabilities, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure cordial client/ vendor relationships.Looking for candidates with strong work experience in a Geospatial environment/ Drone Operations ______________ Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. • Understand client needs and ensure project deliverables align with expectations. • Schedule and lead regular client meetings, reviews, and status updates. • Proactively manage client feedback, issues, and escalations.Vendor Management • Identify, onboard, and manage vendors and subcontractors as required by project scope. • Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met. • Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely and quality delivery of outsourced work.Project Planning & Execution • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Develop detailed project plans and manage them from initiation through to closure. • Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to budget and schedule. • Allocate resources effectively and adjust project plans as needed.Team Coordination • Lead cross-functional teams and assign responsibilities to ensure accountability. • Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, clients, and vendors. • Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues.Reporting & Documentation • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and dashboards. • Provide timely project status updates to internal leadership and clients. • Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned.______________ Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Geoinformatics/ Remote Sensing/Geospatial Engineering or relevant field. • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role. • Strong experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management. • Experience managing third-party vendors or contractors. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • PMP certification is a plus.______________ Preferred Attributes: • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
