EFFORT enhances workforce productivity and operational efficiency by over 30% for its global clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role in Hyderabad for a Business Development Executive at Spoors. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, communication with clients, and account management on a day-to-day basis.Required Skills and Experience:- 3 to 4 years of experience in Inside Sales or Field Sales, specifically in IT products or IT services. - Comprehensive experience managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle. - Proven expertise in lead generation through market research, email campaigns, social media marketing, and cold calling. - Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. - Proficiency in preparing proposals, demonstrating excellent negotiation skills, and ensuring timely follow-ups. - Capability to collaborate effectively with the technical team to understand and meet client requirements.
