Meet the TeamThe India & SAARC Sales organization includes the Enterprise, Commercial, and Public Sector segments. The PAM will be dedicated to the Public Sector segment. We innovate, support, and contribute to the APJ Theatre and WW vision to drive accelerated and profitable business growth.Your ImpactThe Partner Account Manager will be responsible for the overall business & Joint GTM with Strategic Reseller Partners and will work closely with their Cross Functional Teams to draw and implement the Business plan & pivotal initiatives. The plan will be regional/vertical, and architecture based and will focus on revenue growth, Joint Solution creation & GTM, New service creation, wallet share, Executive Engagement & Governance, Sales Engagement & interlocks.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement regional/vertical business plans focusing on revenue growth and joint GTM strategies for the public sector segment.Build and maintain relationships with senior executives of strategic reseller partners.Enhance Cisco's presence by ensuring it is the first brand preference in public sector opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new service creation and managed services opportunities.Align with regional teams to plan and implement interlocks and incentivize partners.Minimum Qualifications8-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or alliance/service creation.Proven ability to work with regional partners on technology and services solutions.Experience managing public sector partners.Ability to prospect, engage, and close partner-led sales opportunities.Financial modeling skills for business case development and return on investment.Preferred QualificationsExperience crafting complex partnerships and joint business plans.Understanding of networking technologies and customer benefits.Ability to align and build new business models.Experience in governance structures for managing relationships.Ability to engage and empower skilled business development and market functions.#WeAreCisco#WeAreCisco where every individual brings their unique skills and perspectives together to pursue our purpose of powering an inclusive future for all.Our passion is connection—we celebrate our employees’ diverse set of backgrounds and focus on unlocking potential.
