Consultant: Consultant - Windows Server Administrator with Core scriptingLocation: HyderabadExperience: 4-7Immediate joiners preferred.In this role Administrator who would help to monitor, test, troubleshoot and resolve windows server related queries/issues. Also to provide support for IT infrastructure services on all hosted windows operating system flavors from Windows server 2003 to Windows server 2022. With expert level knowledge on automation/configuration management tools like Ansible, PowerShellResponsibilities• Expert level knowledge on automation/configuration management tools like Ansible, PowerShell• Excellent understanding and work experience in Vulnerability management.• Needs a high level of technical knowledge regarding Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance• Programming and coding – expertise in coding and writing programs om PowerShell• Information security – Should also understand best practices and techniques to maintain and enhance information security• Analytical skills – Requires to interpret error logs, monitor system performance data, and assess user information to ensure server reliability• Communication skills – Need effective written and verbal communication skills• Problem-solving– Need to employ creative and technical problem-solving techniques while installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows systems and servers• Experience on Windows Server 2008,2012,2016,2019• Provide Technical Support and Guidance• Coordinate with various groups and perform troubleshoot on all production problems and provide resolution.• Perform research on system technology and provide resolution to complex issues for processes.• Coordinate with management and evaluate conduct capacity for system.Qualifications we seek in you!• Bachelor’s degree in IS, Computer Science, MIS Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.• Proven communication skills when working with other technical towers to work out issues.• Must be well organized, thrive in a sense-of-urgency environment, leverage best practices, and most importantly, innovate through any problem with a can-do attitude.• Must understand various logging methods and security event terminology.• Strong leadership skills when troubleshooting across multiple vendor platforms and working out technical issues.• Proven communication skills when working with other technical towers to work out issues.Preferred Qualifications/ Skills· Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role.· In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem-solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude.· Good ITIL knowledge· Flexible to work for 24x7 process.· Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills· Ability to prepare Dashboards and Reports· Experience of working independently & as a team player· Should have a proactive work approach and ability to think out of the box.
