About the RoleWe are seeking aCenter Manager & Operations Leadto take charge of our flagship center's daily operations and administration. This is not just a back-office role — it's a leadership opportunity for someone who can manage end-to-end administration today and scale into a regional manager tomorrow. You will play a central role in streamlining systems, managing people, improving operational processes, and eventually mentoring a team of administrators across multiple branches. Key ResponsibilitiesCenter Administration & Operations Oversee daily functioning of the center, ensuring seamless class execution, cleanliness, scheduling, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate class schedules, room allocation, and staff availability. Student and Parent Engagement Manage student onboarding, fee collection, inquiries, and documentation. Serve as a friendly, trustworthy point of contact for students and parents. Instructor & Team Coordination Facilitate communication between instructors, students, and admin staff. Support faculty with administrative and logistics tasks. HR Support & Team Oversight Handle basic HR tasks including attendance, onboarding support, maintaining records, and scheduling interviews. Over time, train and manage admin staff at other centers as we expand. Event & Inventory Management Assist in planning and executing events, workshops, and performances. Maintain supplies inventory (instruments, art materials, stationery, etc.). Process Improvement & Technology Integration Identify ways to improve processes and enhance customer/student experience. Leverage AI tools and productivity apps to streamline work. Who We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking someone who is: Ambitious, organized, and deeply committed to growth – both yours and ours. Required Skills & Experience1–3 years of experience in administration, operations, or team coordination (exceptional freshers welcome). Strong communication skills inEnglish, Hindi, and Telugu . Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Familiarity with modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) is a big plus.
