FarmERP is being practiced over 800,000 Acres of farmland in more than 30+ countries, it is a single digital platform which serves various agriculture industry segments.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Associate to lead end-to-end sales cycles for our SaaS/ERP solutions. This role requires a proactive individual contributor who can independently generate leads, close deals, and contribute to overall team success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Pre-Sales to deliver high-impact solutions to clients and meet ambitious revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:Manage the complete sales lifecycle — from lead generation, qualification, product demonstration, negotiation, to closure.Proactively source and generate your leads through outbound efforts, networking, and market research.Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.Build deep understanding of client needs and position SaaS/ERP solutions that solve business challenges effectively.Collaborate with Marketing for campaign follow-ups, with Product for feature alignment, and with Pre-Sales for solutioning.Function effectively as both an individual contributor and a team player, assisting and mentoring junior sales team members when needed.Adapt quickly to dynamic client requirements, product changes, and evolving market scenarios.Operate in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus.3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales of SaaS products or ERP solutions.International sales would be plus.Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated with a hunter mindset and strong business acumen.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital sales tools.
