Collaborate and drive implementation to identify, diagnose, and solve system issues.Coordinate service delivery for asset management solutions.Plan and execute system implementations and change controls with focus on user experience.Gather and analyze business requirements, develop specifications as needed.Assist with troubleshooting, escalation and tracking of application and infrastructure issues.Provide oversight and guidance to JR team members for technical solutions and implementations.Perform tasks, independently manage complex problems, guide others.Drive managed datacenter consolidation activities.Deployment for AWS, Azure and on prem Infrastructure, and other servicesLead and manage P1/P2 infrastructure outages and use vendor escalation point of contacts when necessary.Monitoring of Cloud and on prem infrastructure as servicesReview open incidents and request and maintain SLA objectives.Work on IT Projects in an AWS, Azure, and on prems environment and servicesRoutine DevOps maintenance in AWS and Azure environmentsEnsure patching and system performance enhancements to systems.Support and ensure overall cost management enhancements to existing AWS and Azure systems.Deployment of new servers and Infrastructure for DatacentersProvide technical support, performing root cause analysis, and troubleshooting for problem resolution.Create process and follow existing process, best practices, SOPs, compliance, and training requirements. This includes following and using Baxter's change control as well as manage tickets on this platform to ensure effective fault communications and awareness.Will participate in 24x7 on call rotation.Work closely with engineers and testers to identify, document, and prioritize solutions that exemplify continuousSkill Set:- 10 + years of hands-on IT experience within infrastructure operations which includes experience supporting RHEL, ORACLE, CentOS, UBUNTU Linux, hosted in VMware, AWS & cloud infrastructure, networking, and storage.Must be willing to work on a distributed team (Proposed Shift Timing: 1 PM to 10 PM or 6:30 AM to 3:30 AM IST as appropriate in region)Excellent verbal and written communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilitySense of urgency with strong follow-up skills, ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities, attention to detail and strong organization skills are essential.Having a worked in a highly motivated, fast-paced, critical support role.Excellent decision making and critical-thinking skills.An ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.Strong oral and written communication skillsMust demonstrate the ability to prioritize, detail oriented and organize work.Must be a self-starter and team player.Ability to search for innovative solutions and find ways to overcome obstacles
