Job Title: Cold Call Sales Agent, CastleGate Forwarding Overview: The cold call sales agent will play a key role in generating new business opportunities for CastleGate Forwarding (CGF) through proactive outbound calling and email outreach. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying leads, communicating the value proposition of CGF services, and scheduling follow-ups for the sales team. The agent will work with scripts, templates, and training materials provided and will track progress using provided trackers and systems. Responsibilities:Conduct outbound cold calls to potential suppliers to generate interest in CGF services.Utilize provided scripts to effectively communicate the value proposition of CGF services.Identify and qualify leads based on specific criteria.Collect mandatory information from suppliers and log it into the designated tracker.Schedule follow-up calls and meetings for the sales team.Use email templates for outreach and follow-ups.Participate in training sessions to become familiar with the industry, CGF, and Wayfair.Provide feedback and insights based on customer interactions.Track daily activities and progress using the provided systems and tools.Qualifications:Previous experience in telemarketing or a similar sales/customer service role.Professional experience in freight forwarding sales or a related field is preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages may be a plus.Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.Comfortable making outbound calls and overcoming objections.Proficiency in using basic computer systems and tracking tools.Ability to follow scripts and guidelines.Strong organizational and time management skills.Working Conditions:This role may require working night shifts to cover East Coast business hours if located in a different time zone.Training and support will be provided.Performance will be tracked using specific KPIs and success criteria.Note : Please go through the JD clearly and completely before applying
