The ideal candidate will bring deep market insights, strong business acumen, and a solid network of distributors and dealers in the power electronicsKey Responsibilities:Manage and grow the existing channel network including distributors, dealers, resellers and system integrators.Identify and develop new channel partners in potential regions to expand market reach for UPS or computer peripheral.Create and execute channel sales strategies aligned with business targets and product roadmaps.Conduct regular business reviews, drive partner performance, and support revenue generation.Provide training and product knowledge support to partners to ensure effective selling of technical products.Negotiate commercial terms, manage pricing, schemes, and channel incentives.Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to guide future channel development.Liaise with internal teams like marketing, product management, and customer support to ensure partner satisfaction.Ensure efficient handling of inventory, credit, and after-sales support through partner coordination.Travel as required to maintain strong partner relationships and capture new business opportunities.Qualifications:B.E./B.
