This domain covers various responsibilities, from IT logistics, virtualization, storage, containers, integration technologies, to data center management.This list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.- Design and Implementation: Develop and implement robust IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, networks, and storage systems. - Maintenance and Support: Perform regular maintenance and updates to IT systems, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and support end-users. - Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams, providing expert-level troubleshooting and problem resolution. - Security Management: Implement and manage security measures to protect IT infrastructure from cyber threats and ensure compliance with security policies. - Collaboration: Work closely with other IT professionals, including network engineers, system administrators, and security specialists, to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT systems.ALL YOU’LL NEED FOR SUCCESSMinimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training - 4+ years of SAP Basis administration experience, including client copies, database refreshes, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning. - Skilled in technical administration tasks such as installation, configuration, monitoring, transport management, system backups, recovery, and troubleshooting. - 3+ years managing system refreshes, backup/recovery, failover testing, and validation activities. - 3+ years supporting SAP NetWeaver applications and enhancements on HANA and ASE databases. - 4+ years of SAP system monitoring (e.g., work processes, logs, dumps, locks, traces, disk usage). - 3+ years planning and applying support packs and conducting SAP application upgrades. - Proven track record in SAP HANA implementations and operational support. - 5+ years of SAP system administration across Linux and Windows OS environments. - 2+ years of experience installing and integrating SAP PO 7.5. - Must be willing to work varying shifts (Day, Night, Slit, or weekends)Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training - Good knowledge of SAP system architecture over cloud infrastructure. - Good knowledge on Scale-in, Scale-out Architecture and MDC Setup on HANA. - Knowledge with System replication for High Availability and Disaster recovery for database and application. - Experience with OS/DB migrations into SAP HANA. - Knowledge on Green field instance creation S/4 HANA and SAP HANA sidecar. - Experience with running SAP workloads on public clouds - Airline Industry experienceSkills, Licenses, and CertificationsAll candidates will need the following:- SAP Certified Technology Associate – System Administration (SAP HANA) with SAP NetWeaver - SAP Certified Technology Professional – SAP S/4HANA System Administration - SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Solution Manager 7.2 - Knowledge of security principles and methods - Experience in Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM - Solid judgment and analytical skills; strong follow-up and organizational skills - Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs - Ability to anticipate user requirements and identify and resolve complex problems, strong customer service and communications skills - Experience in evaluating and explaining problems or situations; root cause analysis
