Job Title: Sales Development InternAbout the Role:We are looking for a driven and articulate Sales Development Intern to help us grow our student accommodation business. Your primary role will be to call potential clients, understand their needs, and convince them to book beds in our properties.Roles & Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients (students/parents) using leads provided.Clearly communicate the benefits and features of our accommodation.Follow a structured script while also adapting based on the conversation.Build rapport with clients and handle basic objections confidently.Maintain a daily log of calls, outcomes, and feedback.Collaborate with the team to improve the pitch based on client responses.Report directly to the business owner (you) with daily updates and progress.Follow up with interested leads and help them through the booking process.Work towards daily/weekly outreach targets.Maintain a professional and friendly tone at all times during communication.Qualifications & Skills:Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in any field.Fluent in English and Hindi.Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with new people regularly.Confident, self-motivated, and persuasive communicator.Basic understanding of how student accommodation works is a plus (but not required).Willing to learn and adapt quickly to feedback.Perks:Base pay, with an opportunity to earn more based on performance.Real-world sales experience with ownership of responsibilities.Letter of Recommendation (on successful completion).
