The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and service expansion across these verticals.Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Growth & Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to scale operations across all non-diagnostic service lines, with a focus on increasing revenue from dental procedures, vision services, and other wellness offerings. - Revenue Generation: Identify and implement new revenue streams within existing service lines, such as high-value dental procedures, vision care packages, and corporate wellness tie-ups. - Operational Excellence: Enhance efficiency in service delivery through process optimization, technology integration, and customer experience improvements. - Partnership Development: Build and manage relationships with dental clinics, optical stores, gym chains, telemedicine platforms, and wellness centers to expand service reach and improve value proposition. - Financial & Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, optimize costs, and ensure profitability across service lines. Develop data-driven insights to refine strategies. - Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team across multiple service lines. Foster a culture of accountability and innovation. - Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure all services adhere to local regulations, licensing requirements, and quality standards. - Customer Experience & Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and service utilization through personalized engagement programs and digital marketing initiatives.Qualifications & Experience:- Education: MBA, MPH, MHA, or equivalent in Business, Healthcare, or Operations. - Experience: 8-12 years in healthcare operations, wellness services, or retail health, with at least 5 years in a leadership role driving business growth and operational excellence. - Industry Exposure: Experience in dental, vision, wellness, online healthcare, or insurance-linked wellness programs is highly preferred. - Skills: Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, operational efficiency, and team management skills.
