Their support and belief in our vision underscore our potential to transform the financial technology landscape.Responsibilities:Develop and oversee the product strategy for the assigned vertical, ensuring alignment with Zamp's functional objectives.Define key product metrics and set up dashboards to effectively track and analyze product performance.Own the success of specific customers, managing their journey from end-to-end to ensure their needs are met through the product.Advocate for customer needs to ensure the product consistently aligns with user expectations and effectively addresses their core jobs to be done.Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to evaluate and prioritize feature requests, enhancements, and bug fixes, considering customer impact, business objectives, and technical feasibility.Develop compelling positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.Lead marketing campaigns to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of the product, collaborating with sales, design, and engineering teams.Collaborate extensively with customers to understand their painpoints, conduct customer interviews, surveys and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.Document processes, product requirements, FAQs, and other key information for both internal and customer use to ensure alignment and clarity across all stakeholders.Conduct market research to gain deep insights into customer psychology, behavior, and industry trends, using these findings to shape product and marketing strategies.Drive product thought leadership, inspiring collaboration and excellence within teams to achieve key goals.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Product Management, Management Consulting or Client-facing roles within a fast-paced environment would be preferred.A proactive attitude, agency mindset, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field. Experience in startups or entrepreneurial settings is a plus.Ability to balance a strategic perspective with hands-on execution.Must Have:Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong understanding of and enthusiasm for startup environments.Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to changing circumstances and new challenges.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to break down complex problems into manageable components, while maintaining focus on overarching goals.
