Key Responsibilities:Conduct safety demonstrations and explain emergency procedures to passengers. Ensure passengers are properly seated and follow safety regulations. Monitor the cabin for any safety concerns or potential problems. Assist passengers and crew during emergencies, including evacuations and first aid. Greet passengers, assist with boarding and seating, and answer questions. Provide assistance to passengers with special needs, including those with disabilities or elderly individuals. Maintain a welcoming and positive attitude throughout the flight. Serve meals, beverages, and snacks to passengers. Sell duty-free items and manage cash transactions. Ensure the cabin is clean and tidy throughout the flight. Communicate effectively with the pilot and other crew members. Maintain open communication with passengers throughout the flight. Submit flight reports and document any incidents or issues. Candidate Profile:Diploma / Degree in communication, hospitality, tourism, or public relations preferred.2 years work experience as a flight attendant or in customer service.Valid passport.Fluency in multiple languages are preferred.
