Job Summary: The Product Operation is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned production machinery, contributing to the production of high-quality products while adhering to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis and Reporting:Collect, analyze, and report on key product metrics, including phishing attack detection accuracy, false positive rates, and user engagement, to inform product decisions and improvements. Process Optimization:Identify and implement streamlined workflows for product development, from initial design to deployment and ongoing maintenance. Tool Management:Manage the product's tech stack, including tools for development, testing, and deployment, ensuring efficient utilization and integration. Collaboration and Communication:Facilitate communication and collaboration between product, engineering, and other relevant teams to ensure a cohesive and efficient product development process. Stakeholder Management:Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to inform product strategy and decision-making. Documentation and Best Practices:Develop and maintain internal documentation, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across the teamQualifications: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is often a prerequisite for product operations roles with min 2yrs. Experience with anti-phishing solutions or cybersecurity products is highly desirable. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellenceSkills: Familiarity with production equipment and machinery. Knowledge of quality control procedures. Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Basic understanding of safety regulations. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
