You will lead a talented team dedicated to preserving families' most precious moments and building lasting relationships with our clients as they begin their parenting journey.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Implement the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategy Lead the expansion of the photography business across markets and services Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including new markets, services, and potential acquisitions Develop and manage strategic partnerships, particularly with hospitals and family-oriented businesses Business Growth & Financial Management: Complete ownership of P&L for the business.
