Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments. Assist in preparing AR aging reports and various types of reconciliations. Process vendor invoices and prepare a payment schedule. Maintain accurate and up-to-date AP records. Possess proficient accounting knowledge with hands-on experience in utilizing accounting software systems. Manage and forecast cash flow to ensure the availability of funds for daily operations, and should be able to implement strategies to optimize cash flow efficiency. Capable of working under the supervision of the Finance Manager and efficiently completing assigned tasks. Proficient in MS Excel with a good command of formulas and functions. Have experience handling large datasets in Excel and possess fundamental knowledge of accounting in Xero. Addressing ad-hoc requests and providing timely support to both the finance team and other operations teams. Interested in learning Accounting Software -Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho.Skills: Have a good understanding of accounting and an interest in crunching numbers in accounting software. Interested in working for Night shifts (North America Time Zone). Have an interest and problem-solving ability in MS Excel. Ability to multitask in accounting and various other financial activities. Sound working knowledge of the month close and quarter. close activity for legal entities. Identify process gaps in the existing system and initiate process improvements. Prior working experience in any ERP Financial system will be an added advantage.Education:Any Graduate, preferably with a Commerce background.
