Are you passionate about improving geriatric care through education and hands-on training? We are seeking aTechnical Trainer - Geriatric Careto design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for geriatric assistants. The trainer will provide expert guidance in geriatric health practices and mentor trainees to ensure high-quality, compassionate care for the elderly.Key Responsibilities Training and Development Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for geriatric assistants. Conduct engaging classroom sessions and hands-on simulation exercises. Create training materials, manuals, and assessment tools aligned with industry best practices. Geriatric Care Expertise Offer expert instruction on elderly care practices, protocols, and health management. Educate trainees on age-related health issues, dementia care, and palliative care techniques. Assessment and Evaluation Identify trainees’ knowledge gaps and skill development needs. Evaluate training outcomes and recommend improvements for program effectiveness. Mentorship and Guidance Mentor and support geriatric assistants in their professional development journey. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance practical skills and caregiving standards.Qualifications & Experience Education:B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing. Certifications:NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) certification in the relevant domain. Experience:Minimum 3 years in geriatric care or a training/teaching role within healthcare.Core Competencies Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Deep knowledge of geriatric nursing practices and healthcare protocols. Experience in instructional design and delivery of skill development programs. Ability to engage, inspire, and mentor adult learners. Familiarity with NSDC skill development frameworks and quality standards.
