Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Sales Operations team. This individual will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics solutions to support the sales function. While expertise in Power BI is preferred, candidates with strong experience in data visualization and analytics tools are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of sales processes, and a passion for turning complex data into actionable insights.Key Responsibilities:Dashboard Development: Create and maintain dynamic, interactive dashboards that provide real-time insights into sales performance, KPIs, and other business metrics (experience with Power BI or other similar tools is preferred).Data Analysis: Analyse sets of sales data, including performance trends, forecasting, and pipeline management, to provide actionable insights and recommendations to sales leadership.Reporting & Automation: Design, automate, and streamline regular reporting processes, ensuring timely delivery of consistent and accurate sales data to key stakeholders.Sales Performance Metrics: Work closely with sales leadership to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure sales effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.Data Quality & Integrity: Ensure that the data used in reports and dashboards is clean, accurate, and updated regularly. Perform data validation and troubleshooting as needed.Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other teams to understand reporting needs and provide data-driven solutions that improve decision-making processes.Training & Support: Provide training and support to sales team members on the use of dashboards and reports, ensuring they are leveraging data effectively.Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve reporting and analytical processes to enhance visibility into sales performance and drive operational efficiencies.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in either data science, engineering, computer science, technology, Fintech or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Experience:1-2 years of experience in a sales operations, business intelligence, or data analytics role is preferred. Open to fresh graduates as wellExperience with Power BI is preferred but not required (alternatively, experience with other data visualization or business intelligence tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or Google Data Studio is acceptable).Looking for a keen candidate who wants to make a career in sales operations analytics, get understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.Technical Skills:Power BI (or other data visualization tools) for dashboard development and reporting is preferred.Strong proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, advanced formulas).Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce and HubSpot and their integration with reporting tools is advantageous.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse and interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear, actionable insights.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
