We are currently focusing on three strategic conference tours worldwide, covering Pharma, Biotech, and Medical Devices Vigilance and Safety, Pharma and Biotech Manufacturing and Capital Expenditure, and Pharma, Biotech, and Medical Devices Project, Program and Portfolio Management.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Conference Producer. The Conference Producer will be responsible for conducting market research, developing conference agendas, acquiring speakers, and managing event logistics. Daily tasks include communicating with industry experts, coordinating with the event management team, and ensuring the successful execution of each event.QualificationsConference Production and Event Management skillsExperience in Market Research and Speaker AcquisitionStrong Communication skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
