Job Description:Position :Lead Computer Vision Engineer Location : Hyderabad Experience Required:6+ years in Automation Manufacturing Industries Job Type:Full-Time Industry:Automation, Manufacturing, TechnologyKey Responsibilities:Computer Vision Development & Implementation : Design, develop, and deploy computer vision solutions for automation in manufacturing plants. Utilize tools like OpenCV, DeepStream, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for building scalable and efficient systems. Team Management & Development : Lead and manage a team of up to 10 engineers, including junior and mid-level Computer Vision Engineers. Recruit, mentor, and train team members and interns in coding and development best practices. Conduct Performance Management System (PMS) reviews for team growth and productivity. Data Management & Quality Control : Oversee data collection, annotation, and validation processes for computer vision projects. Ensure high-quality datasets and proper administration of data pipelines. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales and management teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions. Communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders. Coding & Technical Leadership : Actively contribute to coding tasks and troubleshoot complex issues. Ensure the team maintains strong coding standards and practices. Deployment & Operations : Manage plant-level deployments of computer vision systems, ensuring seamless integration and performance. Handle entire projects independently from start to finish while ensuring timely delivery and quality. Ability to handle simultaneous projects single-handedly, maintaining efficiency and high standards. Support dynamic startup environments with flexible timing and multitasking abilities.Key Skills Required:Strong coding proficiency in Python, OpenCV, and cloud engineering platforms (AWS, Azure). Experience with DeepStream and real-time computer vision applications. Data management, data administration, and quality assurance expertise. Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Hands-on experience in plant deployments and troubleshooting in manufacturing setups. Effective multitasking and adaptability to startup culture. Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in automation and manufacturing industries. Ability to recruit and build technical teams aligned with organizational goals. Familiarity with performance evaluation and team management tools.
