In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued B2B clients across Europe and the United States, providing them with outstanding service and support.This is a unique opportunity to leverage your customer service expertise in an international context, contributing directly to our global mission from India.Your Role & Impact (What You'll Be Doing):Be the Voice to Our Global Clients: Professionally handle inbound inquiries from clients in Europe and the US via email, phone, and potentially other digital channels, providing timely, accurate, and culturally sensitive responses.Resolve International Queries Effectively: Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions, navigating different time zones and business practices to ensure satisfaction and retention.Master Our Sustainable Product Line: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our eco-friendly product range (jute ropes, bags, mats, custom packaging) to expertly assist international clients.Global Order & Logistics Support: Assist clients with international order placement, tracking, and provide updates on order status, coordinating closely with our global sales and logistics teams.Build Strong International Relationships: Foster positive and lasting relationships with a diverse international clientele by understanding their unique needs and providing exceptional, tailored service.Maintain Accurate Records: Diligently document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system, ensuring clarity for a global team.Gather Global Market Feedback: Proactively collect feedback from EU and US clients to help us refine our products, services, and international approach.Collaborate Across Continents: Work closely with internal teams in India, Bangladesh, and potentially other regions to ensure a cohesive and efficient international customer experience.Are You The Globally-Minded Professional We're Looking For? (Candidate Profile):Exceptional, fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) are absolutely essential, with a clear, neutral accent suitable for international business communication with European and US clients.Proven experience (ideally 2-4+ years) in a customer service or client support role, specifically supporting international clients (experience with European and/or US markets is highly preferred).Crucial Requirement: Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts that align with European and/or US business hours. (This will likely involve afternoon, evening, or night shifts in India).Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity, with an understanding of Western business etiquette and customer expectations.You are an adept problem-solver with a patient, empathetic, and highly professional customer-centric approach.Proficient in using MS Office Suite. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) is a significant plus.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively across different time zones.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a proactive member of a global team.A genuine interest in sustainability and eco-friendly practices is highly desirable.Legally authorized to work in India.
