About the Role:We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Content Manager to spearhead our organic growth initiatives. This role focuses on expanding our digital presence through organic channels, including social media, SEO, and emerging platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of content trends and a passion for exploring innovative channels to drive user acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aimed at enhancing organic user acquisition across various digital platforms. Social Media Management: Oversee and grow our community presence by creating engaging content tailored to each platform, monitoring performance, and adjusting strategies accordingly.Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and content formats to keep our content strategy fresh and effective. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, product, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and business objectives. Performance Monitoring: Utilize analytics tools to track content performance, derive insights, and refine strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in content creation, management, or a similar role with a focus on organic growth channels. Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive organic traffic and user engagement. Strong understanding of SEO principles and social media algorithms. Proficiency in content management systems, analytics toolsand social media management platforms.
