Job Description: We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Reservation Manager to lead our reservation operations. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of booking processes, build strong vendor relationships, and ensure superior service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily reservation operations for flights, hotels, tours, and transport. Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers for best rates and availability. Handle client queries and ensure timely confirmations and accurate itineraries. Lead and guide the reservations team to achieve targets and deliver quality service. Monitor booking trends and generate performance reports. Manage group bookings and corporate accounts with special care. Maintain reservation records, invoices, and vendor agreements. Requirements: Graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, or a relevant field. 3 to 5 years of experience in a reservations or travel operations role. Strong command over GDS systems and online booking tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and tight deadlines.
