Location: Ahmedabad & SuratQualification: MBA FresherKey Responsibilities:Lead Generation:Identify and research potential clients through online channels, referrals, and industry events.Maintain and update a database of leads using CRM tools.Cold Calling and Communication:Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce products/services.Follow up with existing leads to nurture interest and convert them into customers.Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide product information.Client Visits and Presentations:Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients.Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.Understand client needs and offer customized solutions.Sales Closure and Reporting:Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Negotiate terms and close sales deals.Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to the management.Requirements:Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and closing abilities.Willingness to travel locally for client visits.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
