The role involves making calls to potential students, providing counseling on education options, and guiding them through the admissions process.Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to empathize and understand client needs Experience in telecalling or customer service roles Knowledge of education systems and university admissions processes is a plus An ideal candidate should have - 01+ years of experience in Ed-Tech or Overseas Ed field Should be proficient in- English, Telugu and Hindi.
