We are seeking a seasonedAutomation Engineerwith a strong background inPLC, SCADA, and HMI systemsto join our team as aTrainer and Career Guide . This unique role involves mentoring aspiring automation professionals, preparing them for interviews, and supporting their career progression in industrial automation. You will design training materials, conduct virtual sessions, and serve as a technical mentor and career coach.Key Responsibilities: Training and Mentoring Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs onPLC programming ,SCADA systems , andHMI development . Provide hands-on virtual training using simulation tools or real-time projects. Assess candidate knowledge and skill levels, tailoring training programs accordingly. Stay updated on current industry trends and automation technologies to ensure relevant content delivery.Career Guidance and Interview Preparation Guide candidates on career paths, certifications, and job market insights in industrial automation. Conduct mock technical interviews and provide detailed feedback. Support resume building and personal branding specific to automation roles. Help candidates understand job expectations and workplace practices.Technical Support Act as a go-to mentor for troubleshooting and technical questions. Provide guidance on mini-projects or case studies candidates may work on.Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degreein Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experiencewith: PLC platforms(Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, or others) SCADA systems(e.g., Wonderware, WinCC, iFIX) HMI toolsand interface design Prior experience inteaching, training, or mentoringcandidates (preferred). Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, understandable terms.Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity withindustry standardsandsafety protocols . Certification in automation platforms (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Automation). Experience with online learning platforms or LMS tools.Work Environment & Schedule: Fully remote role with flexible scheduling. Will require occasional virtual meetings or live training sessions across global time zones.
