Job Description

Role Purpose:As an HR Business Partner for Tech & Product, you will play a critical role in shaping the people strategy and culture of our engineering and product teams. You will work closely with senior leadership, driving key talent initiatives, fostering high performance, and delivering data-driven people solutions to enable business growth and innovation.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor to Tech & Product leadership, aligning people initiatives with business objectives.Performance & Talent Management: Lead the performance management process including annual reviews, continuous feedback, variable pay cycles, and talent calibrations.Organizational Design: Partner with leaders to design optimal team structures, reporting lines, and future workforce plans that support scale and agility.Coaching & Capability Building: Coach team leaders and managers to enhance leadership effectiveness, team engagement, and a culture of ownership.Change & Transformation: Drive change management initiatives across org design, systems implementation, and cultural transformation.Diversity & Inclusion: Collaborate with TA and COEs to drive inclusive hiring and retention strategies across tech/product verticals.Data-Driven Decisions: Generate and analyze HR dashboards and business unit reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.HR Technology Adoption: Champion HR tech tools (e.g., OKRs, LMS, PMS) and collaborate with product/HR tech teams for seamless adoption.Policy & Process Excellence: Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to HR policies, programs, and practices for better efficiency and impact.Project Management: Lead and execute cross-functional HR projects and interventions tailored to the needs of the Tech/Product business units.Employee Engagement: Act as a strategic business partner by applying problem-solving skills to address employee grievances and resolve issues. Lead skip-level meetings and track engagement and sentiment metrics to implement initiatives that enhance employee well-being.Qualifications:> Post Graduate Degree in HR from Premiere B-School> 3-5 years of progressive HRBP experience, ideally in product-based/tech/start-upenvironments> Proven ability to partner with engineering and product leadership teams.
