Roles and Responsibilities:• Business Development - Responsible for achieving the Allocated sales targets andgenerating revenue• Customer Acquisition & Retention - New Clients to be approached (PSUs- Central/Stategovt PSUs/Corporates)-atleast 50 companies, creation of effective database• Customer Acquisition & Retention - To generate business from existing and newcompanies• MDP Backend Operations - Update Tracker on a fortnight basis and identify and executeone Open MDP Program.• MDP Backend Operations - Vendor management, invoicing, taking care of theprofitability, execution of the entire training program.• Creativity and Innovation - New initiative cost saving methods and to identify new ideasfor conducting MDPs.• Should be willing for any new responsibilities that are assigned from time to time.Must Have:• Good spoken English and communication skills• Convincing and negotiating skills• Post graduate for an institute/university of repute• 2-3 years of experience
