This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations. If you’re passionate about people, processes, and creating a great workplace culture, this is the role for you!Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Handle employee satisfaction assessment, grievance redressal, etc.Handle employee productivity management and timesheet assessmentHire and orient new employeesSupport in onboarding and induction processes for new hires.Handle employee communication managementImplement new HR SystemsSupport performance management and feedback tracking processes.Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.Work on special HR projects as assigned.Please note that the role is completely online.
