Job Overview:We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to lead the development of scalable and high-performance mobile applications. If you are passionate about Flutter, creating exceptional user experiences, and working in the healthcare tech space, we’d love to have you onboard!Expected Compensation:  10-12 Lakhs Per Annum Responsibilities:Lead efforts to debug, triage, and resolve app crashes, performance bottlenecks, and user-reported issues.Drive the roadmap for app stability, responsiveness, and production readiness.Work closely with QA, product, and backend teams to prioritize critical fixes and deploy updates efficiently.Establish coding standards, review pull requests, and mentor junior developers.Collaborate with DevOps or CI/CD engineers to streamline release cyclesMaintain clear documentation of bug root causes, resolutions, and regression plans.Required Skills:Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart, including state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.).Proven experience handling bug fixes, crash analytics (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry), and stabilizing mobile applications.Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON handling, and async programming in Dart.Experience using testing frameworks in Flutter (unit, widget, and integration tests).Strong grasp of version control (Git) and agile development practices.Good to Have:Experience with Bluetooth/BLE integration using packages like flutter_blue or platform channels (Android/iOS).Familiarity with native Android (Java/Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) for debugging platform-specific issues.Exposure to CI/CD tools for mobile apps (e.g., Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions).Prior experience leading teams or managing a mobile development cycle from build to release.
