We prioritize collaboration, open communication, and maintaining the highest standards of performance while fostering continuous growth and delivering impactful results.Role Overview:The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Practitioner is a critical position within the BSFI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry, tasked with leading and executing process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. The practitioner will serve as a change agent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership and Execution:Lead and manage Lean Six Sigma projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools to identify process inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Data Analysis and Problem Solving:Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and root causes of business challenges.Apply statistical analysis to validate improvement hypotheses and measure project success.Develop metrics and KPIs to monitor project performance and progress.Cross-Functional Team Management:Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and mentorship to team members and Green Belts.Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings to drive engagement and collaboration.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring project alignment and buy-in.Process Improvement and Innovation:Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation, focusing on customer experience and operational efficiency.Implement standard operating procedures and best practices to ensure sustainability of improvements.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting Lean Six Sigma principles and practices.Change Management:Develop and execute change management strategies to support project implementation and adoption.Address resistance to change and ensure smooth transition of new processes into business operations.Monitor post-implementation performance to ensure sustained improvements and identify further enhancement opportunities.Qualifications:Over 10+ years of experience in the ITES, BPO, BPM, or BPA industry.Minimum of 5 years as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Practitioner.Proven experience in process improvement within the BSFI industry.Proficient in statistical analysis software and Lean Six Sigma tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent leadership and communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to train resources on Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt programsCandidates from US Residential Mortgage, F&A & Insurance will be added advantage.This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about driving change and enhancing business performance through operational excellence.
