Red Global is looking for a Solution Analyst MES. this is a long-term contact, 100% remote for a top client.Role Overview: The Solution Analyst for the customer transformation program is key in the successful execution of the program's objectives. This position involves thorough analysis of technical requirements across various Workstreams, translating these requirements into detailed functional specifications, and facilitating the integration and configuration of systems to ensure effective implementation.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience with MES implementations AND intergration with SAP, preferably in a Pharma manufacturing setting.Strong understanding of Pharma manufacturing processes, workflows, and Regulatory compliances.Experience with MES software Werum PAS-X and Sap S4 HANAFamiliarity with ERP, SCADA, and other manufacturing-related systems.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across various departments.Key Responsibilities:Project Implementation:Lead or support the implementation of MES software across multiple manufacturing sites.Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for the MES system.Configure and customize the MES solution to align with business needs and manufacturing processes.Coordinate and support system integration between MES and other enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, SCADA, etc.).System Configuration & Customization:Configure the MES system based on the company's manufacturing processes, including work order management, production tracking, inventory control, and quality management.Ensure proper setup of machine interfaces, data collection, and reporting features.Customize reports and dashboards to meet end-user needs.Testing & Quality Assurance:Perform testing to ensure that the MES system is working as expected.Develop test plans, conduct system testing, and address any defects or issues discovered during testing phases.Support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure that the system meets business requirements.
