As a key driver of growth, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall PR and Social Media marketing objectives, ensuring long-term success for both the agency and its clients.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our PR and social media clientele.Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and relationship management.Create and deliver persuasive pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative campaigns and ensure successful execution.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging PR and social media strategies.Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field.3-4 years of experience in PR, Social Media, or business development within a marketing agency.Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with an ability to craft compelling pitches and content.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.Knowledge of media databases, influencers, and industry trends is a plus.
