We work with e-waste recyclers, manufacturers, software companies, and medical device firms to make sustainability and compliance a whole lot simpler.We’re looking for a Senior ISO Consultant who’s sharp, organized, and ready to hit the ground running with audits, documentation, gap analyses, and client support.What You’ll Be DoingLead R2v3, RIOS, ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 implementations from the ground upConduct gap assessments, internal audits, and prep clients for external auditsCreate clean, client-ready compliance documentationHelp clients close audit gaps and build smart compliance systemsCollaborate with the Chief Consultant on strategy, scheduling, and project deliveryWork across industries—from recycling to tech—and make a real impactKeep everything organized, client-friendly, and audit-proofSupports clients during the auditSupport clients post audit with the corrective actionsMaintain compliance calendar for the clients What You BringBachelor’s degree (Environmental Science, Industrial Mgmt, IT, or similar)ISO Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor credentials (9001, 14001, 45001)2–4 years of real-world experience in ISO workBonus points if you know ISO 13485, 27001, R2V3, RIOS, or e-StewardsStrong writing skills (especially for reports and SOPs)Super organized, detail-obsessed, and able to juggle multiple projectsGreat communicator and self-starter—you get things doneComfortable with tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email platformsWhy You’ll Love It HereReal impact: Help companies go from zero to certifiedAutonomy: Work independently and own your projectsVariety: Every client, industry, and project is differentGrowth: Be part of a growing company with room to evolve your role
