Headquartered in Mumbai with manufacturing operations in Vapi, Gujarat.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Research & Operations Assistant at Nikunj Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, overseeing existing processes, and contributing to scaling efforts. The Assistant will also be responsible for comparing new formulations and evaluating process efficiency. As we work on Smart Textile projects, the ideal candidate should be well-versed in research methodologies and proficient in handling lab equipment.Job Responsibilities:Providing status updates of the ongoing and completed projects.Coordinate with the procurement team and suppliers for raw materials or any chemicals required for production or development.Follow up and coordinate with the department heads and team members to get the updates, resolve issues and track progress and ensure that the tasks are completed on time.Participate in development and application of efficient procedures.Maintain accurate and up-to-date record of all project related data.Collecting, compiling and analyzing reports and data on a weekly and monthly basis.
