Responsibilities:Gather customer feedback and share with the respective teamsHandling customer queries on Chat, E-mails and callsEducate current and potential customers with product and service informationRasing complaints and coordinating with the team for resolving customer issues.Helping users for troubleshooting while charging and providing a complete charging process to users.
