Oracle Cloud EPM - EPBCS Techno FunctionalElire - Bengaluru, India (Hybrid)Role Description:Elire is expanding its Oracle Cloud EPM Center of Excellence to support a growing global client base. We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud EPM, EPBCS Consultant. This full-time position is a remote-hybrid with Elire Global Services, based in Bengaluru, India. Candidates must be based in the greater the India area, ideal in or close to Bengaluru and open to coming into the home office when needed.The successful candidate will work on a team to execute all phases of an Oracle Cloud EPM, EPBCS project: design, build, test, train, deploy, support.Key Responsibilities:Oracle Cloud EPM EPBCS implementations, optimizations, and support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.Support the design and configuration of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.Provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members, ensuring best practices in development and implementation.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges during the project lifecycle.Experience & Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud EPM EPBCS implementations.8+ years of experience in the EPM space, showcasing in-depth knowledge and proficiency.Proven track record of 4-6 end-to-end implementation projects, focusing on full-cycle implementation.Demonstrated experience in solution architecture, including designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud EPM, EPBCS applications, including:Reconciliation Compliance (Account Analysis, Balance Compare, Variance Analysis)Transaction MatchingStrong expertise in scripting, automation, integrations (e.g., Data Exchange, Data Management, EPM Automate), and report build.Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and REST API is a plus.Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills..Proven ability to manage project timelines.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.Relevant experience with tools like Visio, Smartsheets, and relational databases are a plus.Why Join Elire?Elire is a Certified Partner of Oracle Cloud, Kyriba, and FIS, with over 15 years of experience delivering exceptional results for clients in diverse industries.
