We are looking for a self-driven and proactive professional to join our inspired (and inspiring) team.The Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Digital Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. This role has a primary focus on Paid Search (Google Ads) and a strong emphasis on managing Paid Social campaigns, particularly through Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), with additional experience in TikTok and Reddit Ads being beneficial. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a knack for data analysis, and a proven track record of executing successful paid media strategies.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management (Paid Search Focus):Design, implement, manage, and optimize comprehensive Paid Search campaigns on Google Ads, including keyword research, bid management, ad copy creation, and A/B testing.Conduct in-depth keyword analysis, competitor analysis, and market research to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and expansion.Monitor and analyze search query reports, campaign performance, and adjust strategies to improve Quality Score, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and performance against KPIs.Campaign Management (Paid Social - Meta Ads Manager Focus):Develop, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns primarily on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram), including audience targeting, ad creative development, and performance optimization.Experience in running and managing paid campaigns on TikTok and Reddit Ads is a strong asset.Monitor, analyze, and report on social campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Performance Analysis & Reporting:Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all paid media campaigns (Search & Social), providing actionable insights and regular performance updates to stakeholders.Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific analytics tools to monitor user behavior, conversion tracking, and overall campaign effectiveness.Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate campaign results and strategic recommendations.Optimization & Innovation:Continuously A/B test ad copy, landing pages, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies to drive performance improvements.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Meta, TikTok, Reddit).Identify new opportunities for campaign growth and efficiency.Collaboration:Work closely with the internal team and potentially clients to align paid media strategies with overall marketing objectives.Collaborate with creative teams or resources for ad creative development.Who We Need (Skills & Qualifications):Experience:2-3 years of hands-on operational experience in managing paid media campaigns, with a strong emphasis on Paid Search (Google Ads).Demonstrable experience in running and managing paid campaigns using Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) is essential.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video - Search being primary). Google Ads certification is a strong plus.Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager.
