Work with instructional technology tools to design interactive learning content. Manage multiple projects, working with subject matter experts to design and build online learning content.Key Responsibilities:Storyboard Design/Development:Design storyboards for engaging and visually appealing videos to enhance learning effectiveness. Use visual design principles and techniques to conceptualize content, articulate ideas, and design multimedia elements. Assists subject matter experts in defining course outcomes and objectives. Designs and develops engaging, interactive, and instructionally sound materials that address various learning styles. Designs and produces learning materials in a variety of formats, including print, graphics, audio, video, animation, and multimedia, to support organizational learnings Project Management Collaborate with subject matter experts, team members, web developers, media specialists, digital media, and others to solve technological and institutional challenges. Serves as a project manager. Utilize digital tools for project management. Manages the Learning Management System to ensure the quality of course development, tools, test accessibility, and compliance. Research & Quality Control Research emerging technologies in order to recommend innovative approaches for improving the quality of instruction. Perform QA and QC to ensure the learning materials in the learning platform conform with the quality standards. Measuring engagement/consumption of created content Stakeholder Management Build and align content with the learning outcomes, learning activities, and stakeholder specifications. Liaisoning with the vendors/external agencies for content creation.Education and Experience Requirements:Degree or certification in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field is strongly preferred Demonstrated skill working with online learning tools and software Experience designing or converting courses for online delivery Knowledge of the ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, & SAM models Experience working on Learning Management Systems (LMS) Familiarity with known course design quality standardsFunctional and Behavioral Competencies:Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels. Proven record in successful change management and building compliance practices in an ambiguous and dynamic work environment Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead the process/function
