We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Financial Analyst who can turn data into insights and help guide smart business decisions. If you enjoy diving into numbers, building models, and influencing strategy through data, you’ll find this role both challenging and rewarding.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze financial data, trends, and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with clear commentary.Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.Monitor key financial and operational metrics, flag variances, and recommend corrective actions.Collaborate with business teams to understand financial implications of operational decisions.Assist with internal audits, compliance, and risk assessments.Present findings to finance leads and business heads in a clear, concise manner.What You BringBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA/CA/CFA (Level 1+) preferred.2-4 years of experience in a financial analyst or similar role.Strong command over Excel and financial modeling. Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SAP is a plus.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
