Our proprietary tools and solutions are trusted by investment managers, insurance, private equity, and Fortune 1000 companies for more informed, efficient, and productive business practices.Bloom AI is in Raleigh (U.S.) and New Delhi (India).THE ROLE:We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads at the top of the sales funnel. The primary focus is on outreach—via email, phone, or social channels—to engage prospects and set up meetings. WHAT YOU WILL DO:Design campaigns for target prospective clients in the U.S. Identify and qualify new customersIdentify the correct decision-makers within a given businessActively reach out to clients through emails, LinkedIn, calling and other channels to set up meetings for the Founder. Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into the CRM system.Serve as a primary contact person for new leads. Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, and pipeline data.Actively track industry events for opportunistic play.Grow into a leadership role as we start expanding the Inside Sales Program. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:1-2 years of sales experience preferably in data, consulting, or SaaS productsGood understanding of buyer journeys and traction buildingDecent understanding of HubSpot to run campaignsMust have strong written and oral communication skills, with effective presentation and interpersonal skills while exhibiting professional maturity, good judgment, and ability to perform under pressureDemonstrate project and process management capabilitiesExperience with enterprise C-suite clientsKnowledge of digital marketing concepts, inbound and outboundStrong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced highly collaborative environment start-up environmentQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience working with HubSpot or similar CRM
