We curate products from distinguished brands to offer our discerning customers unique and exceptional pieces for their living spaces.Position OverviewCALLING FRESHERS : Exciting opportunity to learn and grow as a Marketing Operations Intern at TLI - . We are looking for a motivated and self driven individuals, excellent in written and verbal English communication. The experience entails interaction with customers and Leading Indian Designers in the Interior Product Design space in India. Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and monitor customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillmentMaintain strong communication with partner brands regarding shipping logistics, inventory updates, and delivery timelinesAnalyze and report on monthly performance metrics from Google Analytics and Meta advertising platformsImplement strategic follow-up with customers who have abandoned checkouts to improve conversion ratesCreate and distribute engaging content for email campaigns and WhatsApp communicationsTroubleshoot order issues and coordinate solutions between customers and brand partnersRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree / BBAFresher in e-commerce operations or retail managementBasic understanding of digital marketing analyticsProficiency in MS Office and e-commerce platformsA diploma in Marketing will be an added advantage.SkillsStrong organizational skills with attention to detailExcellent communication abilities, both written and verbalUnderstanding of customer service best practicesPreferredExperience with home decor or luxury retailKnowledge of inventory management systemsFamiliarity with email marketing platformsIf you're passionate about interior design and creating exceptional customer experiences in the luxury home decor space, we'd love to hear from you.Website : : interested please email us on pracheta@
