Position OverviewWe are seeking an accomplished Director – Human Resources to lead our people strategy and drive organizational transformation across geographies. This role demands a seasoned HR leader with strong IR experience and industry knowledge to manage complex HR ecosystems across corporate, manufacturing, and R&D setups. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, align HR initiatives with business goals, and ensure legal and cultural excellence. Job SummaryThe Director – Human Resources will plan, lead, develop, and coordinate all HR policies, talent strategies, and industrial relations. This role will oversee corporate HR functions, manufacturing units, and R&D centers, ensuring compliance and alignment with Cristol’s mission.
