We specialize in optimizing procurement strategies, ensuring cost efficiency, and driving operational excellence for our clients.Job Summary The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for analyzing procurement data within IT labor procurement, focusing on contractual redlining of Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Requests for Proposals/Quotes (RFPs/RFQs). The ideal candidate will have experience in IT professional services, strong procurement analytics skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end SOW process. This role requires rapid data analysis, report generation, and collaboration with category managers and internal stakeholders to drive cost savings and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze IT labor procurement data using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements.Generate procurement reports within tight deadlines (4-5 hours), creating compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate insights and tell a data-driven story to internal stakeholders.Review and redline SOWs, MSAs, and RFPs/RFQs, ensuring compliance with company policies and alignment with business objectives.Manage the end-to-end SOW process, collaborating with business units, vendors, and category managers to finalize contracts.Develop and maintain procurement reports and dashboards, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to IT labor procurement.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and legal teams, to align procurement strategies with business goals.Monitor supplier performance and industry benchmarks to enhance IT procurement processes.Ensure procurement compliance with company policies and industry regulations.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.2+ years of experience in procurement analytics within IT professional services, with a focus on IT labor procurement.Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs), PowerPoint, and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa).Demonstrated experience in contractual redlining and managing the end-to-end SOW process for SOWs, MSAs, and RFPs/RFQs.Ability to work under pressure, delivering high-quality reports and presentations within 4-5 hour timeframes.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story through data.Ability to collaborate effectively with category managers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of IT procurement best practices and vendor management.
