Job Title: Senior Manager – Insurance Call Center TrainingLocation: GurgaonDepartment: Investment TraininingAbout the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – Training to lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs for our insurance call center operations. This is a critical role that will shape how we develop talent, drive performance, and maintain service excellence across our customer-facing teams.Design and implement training strategies tailored to insurance call center teams, including onboarding, compliance, product knowledge, and customer service skills.Partner with operations, quality, and compliance teams to identify skill gaps and training needs.Manage a team of trainers and instructional designers to deliver engaging and effective learning solutions.Develop metrics and KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness and impact on performance.Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging learning technologies.Lead change management initiatives related to training programs and processes.Foster a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and development.Required Skills And Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in education, Training, Human Resources or a related field. 9+ years of experience as a training manager or in a similar role, with a demonstrabletrack record of designing and implementing training program. Project management skills for managing training initiatives and timelines. Ability to assess training needs and develop training plans in the company. Strong leadership and team management abilities to inspire and motivate others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationshipsand influence stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving organizationalgoals through effective training and development initiatives.Preferred Skills And Qualifications Advanced degrees in Training and Development. Certification in training and development (e.g. CPTD, CPLP, ATD Master Trainer). Knowledge of competency-based training and performance management. Multilingual proficiency for managing training programs in diverse employee populations. Ability to manage the budget for training activities.
