Backed by Softbank NY, Zoom Ventures, and Accomplice, we are rapidly scaling our product, leveraging AI, automation, and real-time analytics to transform enterprise well-being.The Opportunity You’ll be the operational backbone of the Product & Engineering team, managing sprint delivery across squads. You'll coordinate with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and Designers to ensure smooth execution, proactively surface blockers, and track everything from Jira health to burndown velocity.Key Responsibilities Run agile ceremonies for 2–3 cross-functional squads (standups, planning, retros). Maintain and monitor sprint boards in Jira and own sprint velocity dashboards. Track delivery of initiatives in Challenges, Coaching, Rewards, Portal, and AI. Flag risks or delays early and drive resolution across teams. Enforce 80/20 sprint allocation (features vs bug/perf time). Document and publish weekly delivery reports with sprint summaries. Coordinate timelines with Design, Integration, and Data pods. Maintain Confluence/Miro/Slack project documentation and workflows .Must-Have Skills & Experience 6-8 years experience in Project Management, preferably in a SaaS environment. Hands-on experience managing multiple agile squads in parallel. Excellent command of Jira, Scrum, and agile delivery practices. Strong communication skills — works well with devs, PMs, and C-level execs. Organized, detail-oriented, and always thinking 2 sprints ahead. Familiarity with RICE prioritization, OKRs, or AI-first tools. Experience in B2B or enterprise tech companies. Comfort working across time zones with distributed teams. Exposure to tools like Notion, Confluence, Mixpanel, Cursor AI, Postman.What Success Looks Like for Project Manager 30% i mprovement in feature delivery speed within 3 months. 90%sprint completion rate with consistent velocity.
